Common work includes understanding dry-van load updates, preparing customer messages, identifying missing details, and handing load context to another person. The TMS remains the source of record. There are no native vendor adapters in the Lane workspace. Saving a TMS name or generating a webhook key does not establish a data connection. The connection becomes active after an authenticated valid event is received. A TMS administrator or integration service must configure the outbound request. The workspace does not independently verify a driver's ETA or obtain a new GPS location. Missing or stale source information needs an operator's review. Lane does not send email, place or answer phone calls, book a carrier, dispatch a truck, or write changes back to the TMS from the chat workspace. Save the company, role, TMS name, and instructions. 3. Create a webhook connection and store its one-time secret securely. 4. Have the TMS administrator send a load update to the displayed URL, authenticated with the supplied key, using the documented JSON shape. 5. Confirm receipt in Lane, inspect the load details, and ask about the test load. 6. Rotate the key if exposed; disconnect to stop incoming data and clear the connected load context. Never put credentials into chat messages. Events need a stable event ID, occurrence timestamp, and load identifier. Duplicate event IDs are deduplicated. Older updates do not replace newer load state. Field mapping and endpoint support depend on the source system. The setup guide includes a sample payload and troubleshooting steps. Their availability, onboarding, and commercial terms are separate from what can be performed in a Lane chat. Do not assume that a workflow illustration, demo, or vendor-specific guide means that action is connected to a particular account. Current plan information is on the pricing page; ask Keelway to confirm an integration for your operation.
